^ THAT is the Question I asked myself!

When the promoter offered me the chance to review and give away a copy of the brand new He Reads Truth™ Bible, I kinda cringed.
To be honest, my inner feminist shouted, “What about the SHE Reads Truth™ Bible? Is this some kind of cheap copy-cat marketing campaign? What’s going on here?”
Not only did her voice get louder and louder inside my head, she talked me into crafting and sending a slightly-more-politely-worded email asking the same questions and refusing to do the review.

I learned that the HE Reads Truth™ ministry was started a few years AFTER She Reads Truth™ was founded in 2012, and there’s even a Kids Read Truth ministry! Cool, huh?
Ok, I admit it. I was embarrassed at my ignorance. That said, I didn’t feel like I could offer a balanced review of the HRT Bible without also being able to review the SRT edition as well.

So, would you believe I sent another email stating that the only way I could do an accurate review would be if I could have one each of the She Reads Truth™ and He Reads Truth™ Bibles instead of the two He Reads Truth™ Bibles they originally offered?! Yep! I sure did. (Hey, it never hurts to ask, right?)
Much to my surprise, the publisher agreed to provide me with one of each!!! #holla ???
So, if you’re interested in winning a set of these new-ish Bibles (the HRT is new; the SRT Bible was published in 2017), scroll down and enter your name into the contest. The prize has a retail value of approximately $100. Good luck!

I’ll be writing a compare/contrast review soon. But you don’t need to wait for my review to enter the contest. Simply start now, and participate as much as you’d like. Once my review is done, there will be new ways to earn points. Stay tuned…
